Executive Team
Rubicor’s Executive Management Team has a total of more than 50 years experience in the recruitment industry both in Australia and overseas, with specific experience running large multi-disciplinary recruitment organisations. The Executive Team is supported by 41 Business Managers who have significant experience in growing and developing recruitment businesses.
Jane Beaumont, CEO
Jane is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Jane joined Rubicor in September 2006, originally in the role of Chief Operating Officer. She was promoted to Chief Executive Officer when Wayman Chapman stepped down as CEO in early 2009.
Jane has 30 years' recruitment experience in the UK and Australasian markets. Prior to Rubicor, Jane spent five years with Manpower as Vice President Sales responsible for business acquisition and strategic sales. In 2001 she took on the role of Managing Director for Spherion's recruitment group in the Asia Pacific. After Spherion was acquired by Ross Human Directions Limited in June 2004, Jane spent two years as Managing Director for the group's recruitment businesses as a board appointee.
Kevin Levine, CFO
Kevin Levine is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Kevin has responsibilities including financial management and reporting, acquisitions, treasury management and group procurement. Kevin joined Rubicor in July 2005.
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in senior financial management positions in the services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Witswatersrand, South Africa and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 in South Africa and in 1995 in Australia. Kevin was the CFO of Trade Wind Communications Limited, an Australian public company previously listed in Canada and the USA, now listed on the ASX as Connxion Limited.
Sharad Loomba, General Counsel and Company Secretary
Sharad Loomba is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Rubicor Group. Sharad advises the CEO and the Board in connection with legal and corporate governance matters and is responsible for the legal and company secretarial functions across the Rubicor Group.
Sharad is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years’ experience, having worked with leading law firms in Australia, and also in the US, prior to joining the Rubicor Group in May 2007. Sharad has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
