Our dedicated psychology team includes 3 accredited psychologists, providing a full range of services including psychological and 360 assessments.
The design and facilitation of Assessment and Development Centres is a key strength, with extensive experience in the area of bulk recruitment. With a focus on competencies, our team develops tailored activities and exercises that enable the efficient selection of final-stage candidates and the creation of targeted personal development plans.
Organisational Research, and Workforce Planning
Employee and client surveys give organisation leaders actionable data, and are a powerful driver for comparison and action planning at the organisation, site and team level.
All our surveys are fully tailored to meet the needs of the client and will be specially designed to capture information and provide insight into the key areas of interest. Our surveys are quick and easy to complete, and allow for proper analysis. Our reports present the findings from the statistical analysis of data and will illustrate very clearly the trends and patterns found. We can also provide a list of recommendations based on the data review if desired.
