Global firm in Sydney are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 12 month contract basis.  Highly supportive environment for you to kick-start your career within a friendly, high-performing, high-energy Finance team.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Raising and upkeep of Purchase Orders and database
  • Allocations
  • Reconciliations
  • Month end expenses
  • Following up invoice approvals
  • Ensuring high compliance standards
Your skills and experience:
  • Must have 1-2 years' previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • SAP experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, personable, high energy
  • Available immediately
