The role:
Ideal for a self motivated candidate, this role will see you manage the office and related administration. A varied role that will see you manage the reception team, liaise with suppliers, building management, coordinate training, organise team events, along with other responsibilities such as managing business insurances, recruitment and onboarding and upkeep of company policies! This is a fast paced role where no 2 days are the same, you will need to be excellent at juggling and prioritising tasks along with being confident leading and developing people.

The day to day:

  • Management of reception staff
  • Acting as a point of contact for suppliers
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
  • IT management
  • Undertaking of research 
  • Liaising with EA's in the business

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a similar Admin manager capacity
  • Confident and self motivated
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Excellent time management
  • Quick picking up new systems
