ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high level administrative and operational support to management and senior officers
  
The successful candidate in this role will have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and interpersonal communication within a small team
  • Experience working with senior officers
  • Previous experience in coordinating meetings, events and funding transfers
  • Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to deliver within set timeframes with minimal supervision
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A willingness to  provide generalist support as required
