Administrator – Property Manager & Driver

  • Permanent role
  • Property Maintenance & Driving experience preferred

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator/Property Manager and Driver to assist their small team to deliver administration, property & driving functions.
 
If you are an Administrator with some property management or driving experience who enjoys variety, multi-tasking and being busy so your day flies by then this organisation wants to hear from you.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
Property:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the organisations property portfolios
  • Organising property maintenance
  • Ensure register of scheduled maintenance is undertaken
  • Undertake minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and assemblage of furniture
  • Obtain quotes for furniture, equipment and office supplies
  • Supervision of maintenance contractors
Driving and Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Day to day driving duties (some afterhours driving required)
  • Provide safe and punctual driving services to all passengers including assisting with luggage etc.
  • Complete vehicle running sheets
  • Undertake messenger and delivery services as required
  • Carry out regular maintenance checks and arrange for regular servicing
  • Ensure all vehicles have adequate fuel at all times and that cars are prepared for seasonal driving conditions
  • Maintain the register of official vehicles and registration plates
Administration:
  • Undertake reception duties as required
  • Assist with the arrangement and organisation of functions, meetings, presentations and conferences including venues, catering and associated agendas
  • Undertake general administration duties including stocking stationary supplies
Your background:
  • Hold a current drivers licence
  • Previous professional driving experience is desirable
  • Good knowledge and experience of basic car maintenance
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Numeracy skills
  • Ability to manage property maintenance
