  • Key organisational change role
  • ASAP start - 3 month contract with possibility of a 12 month extension

Our Government client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive and promote an agile culture and help embed agile DevOps practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exploring new and better ways to progress the business with a positive change
  • Support and educate employees at all levels, including senior staff on Agile principles
  • Frequent and consistent value delivery and product delivery approaches
  • Sprint planning, JIRA usage
  • Facilitations of stand ups and retrospectives
  • Develop agile capability into teams across the organisation
  • Provide strategic and operational support and work with key stakeholders in developing, implementing and adopting change.
  • Using Agile change standards to develop, document and implement transformation
  • Creating and enabling support and reinforcement mechanisms
Your Background:
  • Current Police Check mandatory
  • 3 + years’ experience working as an Agile Coach
  • Expertise in scoping and delivering agile change strategies
  • Demonstrated experience working with teams to ensure effective and agile delivery of results
  • Strong project and people skills
  • Proven experience working within an Agile environment and working across organisational boundaries to deliver services and product outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and have a willingness to share your knowledge with others
  • High level of written and verbal communication
