My client, a Tier 1 Global Bank is currently seeking to add to it's Application Support team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the team head and being part of the Client Management team you will be involved with managing all communication, coordination and support on all user-facing areas of SRCM Technology with the following responsibilities: 

Responsibilities 
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the integrated CRM, PRT and Research platforms, affiliated technologies and reference data systems in order to own and manage the relationship with key business partners and technology team
  • Provide SME-level support to the Asia Pacific business, including working with Production Support to resolve issues, perform ad-hoc system queries, and conduct studies using online Business Intelligence Tools
  • Review business requirements with the BA, development, and QA teams and work with the business partners to create the UAT plan and track the change into production, managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in line with the test plan
  • Ad-hoc work including participation in local and global project meetings, assisting with system verification after production changes and manage special technology projects for the business
Requirement
  • Past experience working in investment banking/broker dealer preferred in the Sales, Research or Capital Markets area with Project Management/Business Analysis experience an advantage 
  • Comfortable interfacing with various groups at all levels, including Front/ Middle Office, COO, CTO, Technology teams and Client Services.
  • Solid understanding of databases, Web technologies and software architecture with user-facing application support experience
  • Basic MS Office troubleshooting skills; Excel spreadsheet handling / basic SQL capabilities, trade/revenue data reporting, business intelligence reporting tools (i.e. COGNOS BI)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written as well as strong problem/data analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
