APS 1 or 2 Administrators (1-2 positions)

Our government client is seeking administration staff to assist with the Agency’s administrative functions. The successful candidate will commence in August on an initial six month contract with the possibility of an extension.
 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify employee timesheets and relevant payroll related documents for review by a senior staff member;
  • Retrieving paperwork from personnel files;
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning said paper based documents; and;
  • Other administrative duties as directed.
 
Your Background:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen;
  • Prior records management and administrative experience;
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral;
  • Prior payroll experience; and;
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
