Our Government client is seeking APS 2 – APS 4 Administration Officers to assist the team with administration tasks, data base management and data entry.
 
Your responsibilities:
APS 2 Administration Support Officer
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required
  • Accurately undertake data entry tasks, maintaining documents and files
  • Monitoring incoming emails and action as required
  • Comply with the Department’s record keeping policies
  • Develop and maintain key internal relationships
APS 4 Administration Officer
  • Processing applications including sending instructions, requesting department and tribunal files and creating TRIM files
  • Within the internal information system, creating new applications and ensuring all information records are accurate
  • Ensuring all systems are updated
  • Monitor and respond to all administration tasks and emails
  • Providing advice to stakeholders as required
  • Develop and maintain key working relationships
Your background:
  • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance – Essential
  • Employment Suitability Clearance – highly desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a Government Department
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
