APS 3 Contact Centre Consultants

Our client is keen to engage an APS 3 Contact Centre Consultant to assist the government department undertake surveys within a call centre environment.
Primarily you will be required to make calls to the department’s clients to undertake surveys following an internal computer-assisted telephone interview procedure. You will be expected to make between 2-3 successful calls in an hour.  Full training will be provided.
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess a friendly and professional phone manner
  • Ability to listen to customers and assist them to complete the survey
  • Proven ability to log and monitor all calls with great attention to detail to allow a traceable record of any customer interaction
  • Ability to monitor and action various inboxes on a frequent basis 
  • Communicate and engage with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
  • Be able to work well in a team environment
  • Have excellent Microsoft office skills including Outlook and Excel spreadsheets
Your background:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply
  • You will be required to undergo a National Police Check
Please note: this role is part time and requires you to work 15 hours per week over a 4 month period.  The department will close down over Christmas and there will be a period of approximately 5 weeks where you will not be required to work.
