APS 5 - Human Resource Advisor & System Administrator
 
If you are an experienced Human Resource Administrator who enjoys variety, multi-tasking and being busy, our government client is wanting to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
  • A good working knowledge of the Aurion HRIMS system
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • HR metric reporting and self-service
  • Solid stakeholder relationship management
  • An interest in being an HR generalist
  • Time management and prioritisation
  • Strong attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct general HR and payroll support activities
  • Provide support on Employee Relations & WHS
  • Manage the organisational chart and position management in Aurion
  • Develop and prepare HR reports and metrics
  • Coordination of system enhancements
  • Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding HR activities
  • Develop procedures and or technical manuals and guidelines
  • Other administration duties as required
Your background:
  • Demonstrated experience within an HR and/or payroll environment within the APS using Aurion
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR metric reporting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience to prioritise and manage own workload
  • High level of customer service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and people management skills
  • A current Baseline security clearance will be an advantage
