  • Leading digital marketing strategies to generate sales leads and drive traffic to the website
  • Developing and executing engaging content for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords and YouTube accounts
  • Using various reporting tools, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to analyse campaign KPIs
  • Copywriting content to ensure consistency in brand tone of voice for online and offline channels
  • Working collaboratively with Sales to ensure web, marketing, pitch material, and other content is up-to-date and consistent
  • Maintaining and optimising the website including content management and creation
  • Preparing clear and concise graphic design briefs, managing revisions in a timely manner
  • Managing external stakeholders (graphic designers, agencies, prospective clients)
  • Remaining up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
About You:
  • Relevant Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations or Graphics Design Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional services firm
  • Naturally creative and brimming with digital marketing campaign ideas
  • Keen attention to detail i.e. able to pick up grammatical and formatting errors
  • Ability to develop and brief creative that is ‘on-brand’
  • Possess a basic understanding of financial services
  • Experience maintaining and building KPI reports to drive personal and team accountability. Understands difference between data and insight
  • Thrives on autonomy and is comfortable working with a mobile team
  • Experience with Wordpress CMS, SEO, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Adwords, Google Analytics and Salesforce (or similar sales systems) highly desirable
