Our client is currently seeking an experienced and committed Bookkeeper with Trust Account experience to join their Perth office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of Bookkeeping and Small Business Accounting.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be involved with the growth of the offices' development and to therefore be part of the evolution of the practice.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll/PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation
  • Preparing and lodging quarterly BAS Statements
  • Trust Accounting and Compliance
  • Bank Reconciliation and End of Month
  • Billing
  • General Ledger
  • Provision of Financial Reports
  • Debtors and Creditors/Data Entry
Essential Criteria:
  • Must have experience in Trust Accounts
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Bookkeeping experience in a law firm
  • File Pro experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Remuneration is negotiable and in accordance with experience.
