Our client, a leading telecommunication provider is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to assist with achieving customer service excellence. Located in Tamworth, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 4hrs per day. You must be available to start 12th June 2018.
Responsible for performing administrative and processing tasks in a timely and accurare manner. The role will include but not limited to;
*To ensure the information and advice that is provided to customers is accurate, timely and in line with organisational policies and procedures
*Undertake building related administrative functions eg. programming of access cards, reporting & management of building faults
*Managing conference room bookings, room maintenance and administration
*Purchasing and payment activities through companies procurement systems and purchase card
*Accurate and timely data entry using relevant business systems e.g timesheets
*Maintaining relevant and accurate records for audit and reference purposes
*Collaborate with team/customers to identify process improvements and cost benefits through process expertise
*To assist with the development of the skills and knowledge of other team members
To succeed in this role candidates must have;
*Solid administrative experience, experience in similar role high desireable
*Customer service driven
*The ability to work autonomouslu
*High attention to detail
*Excellent comminication skills, both written and verbal
