Job Description

Role Purpose Your primary role will be responsibility for performing generic cross company administrative and processing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with agreed performance standards and service expectations, while maintaining relevant and accurate records for audit and reference purposes. You may be required to undertake some specialised administrative support where specific customer agreements exist.

Key Accountabilities
To ensure that services provided to Field Service Delivery teams and other business units are in accordance with accepted business standards and service agreement requirements where applicable.
To ensure that information and advice that is provided to customers is accurate, timely and in line with organisational policies and procedures
Undertake building related administrative functions e.g programming of access cards, reporting & management of building faults.
Managing conference room bookings (where applicable), room maintenance and administration.
Purchasing and payment activities through the Company's Procurement system and purchase card
Accurate and timely data entry using the relevant business systems e.g. timesheets.
Maintaining relevant and accurate records for audit and reference purposes Collaborate with team / customers to identify process improvements and cost benefits through process expertise.

Skills and Experience
A working knowledge of relevant corporate systems and databases of record
Medium level application of Microsoft office products
A good level of SOE computer skills and good data manipulation skills.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders
