The role would suit a candidate who likes working in a fast-paced environment and has the experience and desire to develop and implement a best practice change management process.

Responsibilities 
  • Work as part of the engagement team to successfully process improvement
  • Involvement implementation of change plans, including:
    • engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements
    • underting business analysis 
    • assisting with the creating of end to end business processes
    • assisting with process and project testing
    • updating business process descriptions and documentation, workflows etc.
    • developing a communication plan
    • Assisting solutions development
  • Develop standard, repeatable processes and artifacts for change management
Skills/Experience
  • Business analyst skillset including requirement elicitation, development of use cases, screen flows etc.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders
  • Knowledge of standard change management frameworks and back office operations
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues
  • Proactive and demonstrates a high level of personal accountability
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Works well in a team environment
