The responsibilities of the role is very customer service orientated (via telephone) and administrative (sales reports). There is also a large element of customer follow-up/vetting/fielding type calls.
- Phone calls - to customers/clients
- Prospecting future clients
- Lead/Assist in Marketing campaigns
- Meetings both internal and external
- Understanding of new technologies and trends
- Excellent time management, daily and weekly activities
- Creating reports/lists and working with Microsoft office
Exposure to a sales-based office environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. If you are a passionate Digital Marketing and new technologies person want to talk to you!
