Rubicor Workforce is currently seeking experienced Call Centre Consultant's for one of our largest client service outage management teams. Working out of the Newcastle office, you MUST be available to work anywhere between the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday-Sunday.

As Part of the Service Outage Management Team, you will work amongst a team of service professionals who thrive on delighting customers, meeting deadlines and achieving KPI's.

Your role as a Call Centre Consultant, will be to manage a full rnage of activities associated with planned and unplanned service outages, including detection, system and customer notifications, creation and management of volume hold queues for customers to enable restoration of services, validation and confirmation of service restoration.

Requirements
*Strong conceptual and analytical skills
* Excellent technical / IT knowledge and skills
* Flexible approach to taks, with the ability to prioritise and to understand the need to provide appropriate outcomes for the customer in a business effective manner
*Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders where applicable
* Ability to prioritise and have excellent time management skills
* Ability to manage own resources
*MUST be available for an immediate start
