An opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer looking to take a step up or Client Services Coordinator seeking a new challenge has arisen within a highly regarded financial advisory organisation in Perth. 

Our client is looking for someone with proven experience within a financial services industry where they are able to display their capability to confidently assist in the management of the administrative function as well as identify and implement process and business improvement.

This exciting and varied role encompasses all aspects of client services management including but not limited to:-
  • Ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained with clients
  • Overseeing the task management of client portfolios
  • Management of service delivery standards and ensuring all internal training and development sessions are relevant and up to date
  • Facilitation of team meetings and performance reviews
  • Lead administration team by inspiring example
  • Provide superior level of communication across all areas of the organisation ensuring efficient gathering of information and factual advice and updates on active client projects
  • Ensuring organisation policies and procedures are adhered to and areas of improvement are identified and amended accordingly
  • Full understanding and knowledge in ASIC legislative and industry compliance to ensure full monitoring and management
  • Facilitation of internal an external compliance audits and further follow up reviews
  • Facilitation and participation in presentations to both internal and external stakeholder

  • Advanced working experience within MS Office Applications

Experience with COIN/Xplan would be highly advantageous as would knowledge in areas of financial planning and implementation of SOA's.
