Key responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately undertake data entry tasks and maintain documents and files
  • Investigate and navigate through numerous internal systems to record information
  • Maintain information on the internal database and computer systems
  • Respond and resolve queries in a fast paced environment
Experience required:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in managing complex issues end to end
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced and reactive environment, and meet tight deadlines
As this role is to commence immediately, Rubicor will be commencing the shortlisting and interview process ASAP.
