The Company

Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for all employees and clients. You friendly welcoming demeanour will shine thorough as you make this role your own. You will have full scope over the office and manage the stationary orders, kitchen and ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy. You will also be required to perform general support and admin for the team as required. This is a fantastic role for anyone that enjoys interaction with lots of people on a daily basis.

The day to day
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Organising catering
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
  • Greet all clients and employees
  • Managing a busy meeting room diary
  • Troubleshooting any AV issues
Skills and Experience
  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and bubbly personality
  • Strong MS office abilities
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • "Can do" attitude
