Reception will be a hive of activity with people constantly coming and going, mail and deliveries to distribute and meeting rooms to manage. This is a slick, polished space that needs a switched on Receptionist/Administration assistant to manage it seamlessly!
You will be the face of the business, welcoming clients and visitors to the office. You will manage meeting room bookings, coffee and lunch orders, as well as answering and directing calls. You will also have the opportunity to assist the EA's within the business with projects.
