CRM Salesforce Administrator

  • Must have current Salesforce Administrator certification
Our government client is seeking a CRM Salesforce Administrator to assist it in the ongoing care of the Salesforce CRM suite of products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities) including all third-party software integrations – user support, on-going configuration and platform growth. The successful candidate will commence in August on an initial six-month contract with the possibility of a six month extension.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the configuration, implementation and support of the Agency’s Salesforce platform;
  • Configure users, profiles, permissions sets, installed packages, workflows, visual flows and process builder flows;
  • Participate in the ongoing development of the Agency’s Salesforce instance in alignment with business priorities;
  • Assist with the identification and implementation of all third part API’s and applications integrated within Salesforce;
  • Provide responsive support to internal and external Salesforce users;
  • Prepare and deliver Salesforce training; and;
  • Participate in the continued growth of the business through development of new products.
Your Background:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen;
  • You must have the ability to obtain or have a current security clearance (Baseline minimum);
  • You must have current Salesforce Administrator certification;
  • Ability to build custom applications and objects, workflow, and custom views;
  • Strong background in Salesforce security practices including implementing role-based access to views and data;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant (desirable);
  • Previous experience with implementation of Salesforce in cultural organisation (desirable); and;
  • Previous experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack (desirable).
