Rubicor Professional's client are looking for a specialised individual to join their Credit team in a Hardship role. Your main focus for this role will be to manage the Hardship program across the entire credit card portfolio for this Global Bank.

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in Collections, preferably in financial services and as you will be speaking to people over the phone, you must have exceptional communication skills. It is also advantageous to have an understanding of industry standards and NCCP regulations.

Your key responsibilities will be to review and assess requests for hardship assistance, respond to queries and request for assistance, reviewing and accepting offers for payment arrangements, responding to s94/95 requests for postponement of enforcement proceedings and taking inbound calls from clients.
