Customer Service Manager - FinTech & Development


We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Fintech and Development team in our CBD office in Sydney. You need to be highly flexible with a strong focus on Fintech and Development. 

The Role

This is a key role for Xpand. The Customer Service Manager – FinTech & Development is the conduit for all contractor pre and post placement activities in the FinTech & Development sector. Strong relationships need to be developed and maintained with management, consultants, contractors and clients in order to offer exceptional service whilst ensuring compliance across all systems, documentation, federal & state legislated requirements and SLA’s.

There will be four key areas of responsibility:
  1. Continuous improvement of contractor and customer satisfaction
  2. Sourcing and maintaining a qualified pool of candidates
  3. Operational efficiency, improvement and compliance
  4. Managing a team of contractor/customer care supervisors
To be successful for this position you must have the essential criteria below:
  • Extensive service industry experience
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • IT Industry awareness
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) to analyse data and trends, and report
  • Previous experience/broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
  • Recruitment industry experience within the IT sector preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Attention to detail
