Our client is a manufacturing and piping company based in Preston's and is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
If you have experience in customer service / call centre back ground this would be highly regarded as this is a high volume fast pace enviorment. Working in a small team of 4 you will spend a little time in the warehouse checking on availability of stock and liaising with warehouse staff.

Your responsibilities are as follows:
  • Answering phone calls / high volume
  • Responding to emails
  • Preparing quotes
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Booking couriers
  • Filing and data entry of high volume of invoices
  • Handling approximately 60 inbound calls

To be successful you should:
  • Experience in call centre
  • Own transport
  • Have experience in a customer service / call centre enviorment
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Have worked in a fast-pace environment
  • Intermediate system skills
