Seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant, to join an energetic team to deliver exceptional customer service to a broad range of clients. 


To be successful you must have the ability to create relationships with customers, provide technical advice and be able to resolve a variety of customer complaints / issues. 


To apply you must have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in utilising Microsoft Suit
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn new IT systems and data bases 
  • Great attention to detail

  • Highly organised with demonstrated time management capabilities
  • Understanding of working in a controlled environment -adhere to  security and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated customer service and complaint resolution capabilities

Ultimately we are looking for a candidate with a variety of experience across public and or private sector, with extensive exposure in customer service based roles.
