Customer Service Representatives
 
  • ASAP start with initial 3 month contract

Our client is keen to engage Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for managing enquires and requests within a call centre environment.
 
Primarily you will be required to take ownership of customer billing enquiries, opening new accounts and requests and issues and taking them to resolution status using internal tools and operating procedures. You will be rostered on 8 hour shifts between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
 
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in adapting to new technology, procedures and products
  • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and deliver first class customer service
  • Ability to co-ordinate with fellow work colleagues and 3rd party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner
  • Proven ability to log and monitor all calls with great attention to detail to allow a traceable record of any customer interaction
  • Ability to monitor and action various inboxes on a frequent basis 
  • Proven experience in raising and monitoring service requests
