WHAT it’s about:
Currently we are hiring customer supports analysts who are skilled in providing product operations & language support to work onsite with our client in Singapore which is one of the most sought after brands in digital & tech space
You will have experience in reviewing the content & quality assurance, support data-driven decision making and provide 1:1 ticketing support
Any Asian language is good to have due to the nature of the product support
This is a 12 months extendable contract role
WHAT you’’ll need:
- More than 3 years of experience in providing ticketing support in an IT environment.
- Experience as a subject matter expert on 3rd party application review criteria.
- Expertise in provide direct customer support in the Asia Pacific region and assessing quality metrics for internal processes.
