A really great client of mine are looking for a Desktop Support Lead to come in to the business and transform the way the organisation approach their support function. This is a great opportunity to design and implement new process how you see fit and really influence at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the internal user base across all Australian offices
  • Manage external helpdesk vendors and internal resources
  • Design and Implement new Processes, Services and Reporting
  • Remain very hands on with all support needs
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years in a Senior Support or Team Lead position
  • Experience designing and supporting Windows, Linux and Mac environements
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10
  • Really strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Need to be a problem solver, not just a ticket handler
