Excellent opportunity to join an international organisation in using online analytics to drive the business and the brands forward.

What you will do:

  • Guide, support and train regional and local country teams in web and online analytics as the subject matter expert and evangelist
  • Manage the overall delivery of a variety of analytical tasks and projects ranging from simple dashboard reporting to segmentation exercises
  • Manage the development and maintenance of ongoing performance reports summarizing the performance of various Brand websites
  • Conduct project-based funnel analysis to measure customer behavior and website performance
  • Taking a data-based approach, identify enhancements and optimization opportunities for website design and functionality
  • Manage the develop a framework for analytics-driven A/B testing
  • Create management reports that include written and rich graphical representation of analysis, and present them to regional and brand teams in a consumable and understandable manner
  • Liaise with global and affiliate-based analytics resources to identify areas for operational efficiency and improvement.
  • Remotely engage and manage outsourced analytics resources as part of an extended team
What you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on online analytics experience (web, media, and/or creative)
  • Relevant background in consumer trends, marketing communications, CRM or loyalty management
  • Must have ability to utilize advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and advanced formulae
  • Must have detailed understanding of eCommerce site metrics
  • Must have experience in using analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics. 
  • Hands-on experience designing tagging requirements and managing engineers to implement tracking and validating results required
  • Strong presentation skills to internal stakeholders
  • Good planning skills and have a well-organized approach to prioritizing deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter who can own and manage the Analytics function in the organization with minimal supervision
