What will you do
Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful web services and/or customer experiences efficiently and with quality
Strong hands-on programming and technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
Hiring, growing and retention of Engineering team in Singapore.
Collaborate with product team to develop new products to ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate existing architecture to create the vision and plans to scale the product for customers across web and mobile.
Strong influence in shaping the engineering culture based on principles like AGILE
Develop strategic plans and IT Roadmap for APAC
What do you need to have?
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related studies
Significant experience as a leader in Software Engineering developing enterprise, scalable, web applications.
Experience in leading big teams of engineers and driving large scale projects
Exceptional coding experience in various technologies; experience on NodeJS, PHP, Python, ReactJS, AWS, microservices are highly preferred
Solid Agile practitioner
Experience in fast paced environment, ideally from E-commerce, Consumer Technology.
Excellent communication skill
