To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service and communication skills, be available to work full time from Monday to Friday and be able to pick things up quickly.
Your main responsibilities will be to answer queries from clients in relation to their super and investment accounts, complete administration duties and consistently look to improve processes.
