Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to assist the Manager and the organisation with diary management, screening calls and emails and other administrative duties.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Providing confidential, high level administrative support to the Manager
  • Drafting and preparation of correspondence, minute taking, agenda and presentation material
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Managing incoming phone and follow up with any actions
  • Coordinating work within the organisation to make sure all action items are completed on time and to the level required
  • Providing administration support to other staff members as required
Your background
  • Previous demonstrated experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
  • Strong organisational/ coordination skills
  • Strong diary management and scheduling
  • Ability to work independently
  • A high level of initiative and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • The ability to work under pressure  
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
