As an experienced Executive Assistant you will support a small senior team. This involves a large proportion of diary management, extensive organising travel both domestic and international and producing reports. You will be assisting the Managing Director and be involved with setting up meetings with clients. Working within a fast paced, deadline driven industry you will be able to step into the role from day one. You will also be responsible for Communications within the team and across the business as a whole. We are looking for someone who has experience writing newsletters or board papers.
You will already have at least 5 years behind you as an Executive or Personal Assistant with a proven track record within financial services or a top tier organisation. You must be advanced in Microsoft Office applications and be a born organiser. Multi tasking comes naturally to you and you pride yourself on your attention to detail.
