This highly successful organisation is looking for a professional Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their dynamic team and assist in supporting their Senior Directors. Working within a fast paced, deadline driven industry you will be able to step into the role from day one.
As Executive Assistant you will support the Directors with diary management and organising travel both domestic and international. Travel arrangements are subject to change at all times so you must be prepared to work to very tight deadlines. A level head and calm disposition will see you succeed in this role.  You will also have the opportunity to get involved in organising many events, such as EOFY, Christmas, and many other celebrations!  
You will already have 5+ years behind you as a Executive Assistant with a proven track record within a Multi National Organisation. You must be advanced in Microsoft Office applications and be a born organiser. Multi tasking comes naturally to you and you pride yourself on your attention to detail. The ability to be self motivated and proactive will see you go along way in this company!
