Working closely with the Office Manager you will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a role where no 2 days will be the same, you will be on hand to report any maintenance issues, AV set up and troubleshooting, reception cover(when needed), moving of furniture and setting up meeting rooms. You may also have to liaise with suppliers and trades people for any urgent requirements.
This is a busy, hands on role and perfect for someone who enjoys working lots of projects and capable of working autonomously.
