The role requires active management of assigned hardship accounts. You will have exceptional Customer service skills and you will be mentored in how to utilise resources provided to minimise bad debt levels. There are set goals that require to be achieved whilst meeting the companies policies and procedures.
You will be completing customer financial hardship solutions activities and liaising with key supplier relationships, ensuring service standards are being met.
About the Candidate
You must have some experience within the credit domain. You will also have strong administration experience and sound mathematical skills. You will be a superior communicator with a warm and professional expression. Your approach will evoke empathy with negotiating skills.
