You will be responsible for answering complex queries in relation to client accounts and investment queries. You will be expected to commit to the role for 18-24 months before moving into different areas of the company such as Portfolio Management, Investment Operations and Business Development.
To be successful for this role you should have impeccable communication skills as you will be dealing with clients and advisers on a daily basis, 2-3 years customer service experience, a related tertiary qualification and an interest in financial markets.
