Job Description

This successful wealth management firm is seeking smart and ambitious graduates to join their high-performing team.  

You must be Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Economics, Finance).  This role will give you the experience you require to progress your career in a number of areas including Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Retail, Business or Investment Banking. 

Your key responsibilities:
  • Processing new applications
  • Handling switches and withdrawals
  • General account maintenance or account adjustments
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Contacting superannuation and investment account holders and advisers
  • Liaising with other key departments
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and documentation
  • Proactively obtaining any missing information
  • Developing internal relationships with key stakeholders
Your skills and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Economics/Commerce
  • Previous experience within banking/finance required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen interest and understanding of finance
  • Strong team player
  • High attention to detail with ability to work well under pressure
  • Fast learner
  • Proficient in all MS programs, strong Excel
