WHAT it's about:
With the company’s continued growth, they are looking to expand globally. In Singapore, they are looking for a Head of Sales responsible for training and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for searching potential clients, closing deals, on-boarding new customers in the platform and analysing market feedback and collaborating with the tech and partnership team to improve the product and user experience.

WHAT you'll need:
  • At least 4 years experience on Business Development, Sales and Client servicing within ecommerce environment with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record as a sales performer in category management, merchant or solutions sales
  • Deep passion and demonstrable knowledge in eCommerce in Singapore with solid rolodex of contacts in the industry
  • High-energy, drive and ability toadopt and succeed in the fast-paced and volatile industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a team (sales, marketing and product)
