Working within the newly formed HR department you will have involvement and be an interim point of contact for various projects currently underway. You will also be involved in current recruitment activities, and bring the process to a close by issuing offer letters and contracts where needed. There is also the opportunity to get involved in the rollout of a new HR system company-wide which is at the early stages of implementation.
Skills & Abilities:
- 4-5+ years HR Advisor experience
- Proactive self starter
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once
- Experience within a Global Organisation would be highly regarded.
