What is the focus of this role?
To provide marketing and business consulting services to regional clients, focusing on evaluating their loyalty requirements and developing compelling advice backed up with sound economic and marketing logic.

Responsibilities include:

Client Consulting
  • Lead & manage consulting engagements and teams to assist clients in developing marketing, loyalty and CRM strategies and design new programs
  • Lead consulting projects and provide strategic expertise support to internal stakeholders on existing and prospective clients, across APAC
  • Produce compelling business cases and analysis of findings to back up recommendations
  • Own & be responsible for the quality and delivery of consulting collateral for teams and be responsible for quality delivery at client site
  • Answering questions like “What kind of marketing and loyalty program is best for the client?” and “What is the best way to engage customers and change their behaviour?”
  • Lead presentations & results to senior clients and run client workshops
Business Development
  • Support business & client services in sales process by contributing in strategic thinking and pitching consulting services to our clients
  • Develop high impact sales content & collateral that effectively explains the value the consulting business brings
Project Management
  • Client facing and project / team management on live consulting projects, with responsibility of leading delivery and presentation to client
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients towards creating mutually conducive delivery environment for team and client
Essential skills and experience
  • 7-9 years of experience in management consulting, loyalty, marketing, with exposure to analytics and data
  • A highly motivated individual with an interest in marketing and customer loyalty
  • Strong PowerPoint and report writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationships and trust building
  • Ease of presentation and client conversations
  • Highly numerate, able to interpret financial and customer data
  • Strong Excel skills for analysing data and building financial models
