This role has arisen due to movements within the firm and is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Legal Admin Assistant/Junior Paralegal to join their team. This role can provide a solid foundation for learning or enhancing your experience in the legal industry.
The key functions of the role, include:
- Client file administration;
- Diary management;
- Word processing of legal documentation and general communication;
- Filing court documentation;
- General administration tasks - photocopying, scanning, filing etc.
You will need to have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to multi-task. The firm is very busy and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a cohesive team is imperative along with exceptional organisation and time management skills. You must have experience using Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will be considered for either a 6 months temporary contract or a permanent full time role, there is some flexibility around this.
