You are a media strategist who has a well rounded experience across Asian channels (mainly digital) and markets.

The Company 

One of the largest Bank in the world is hiring a Media Strategy Manager who will be responsible for helping the brand acquire new talents.  
They have huge hiring plans in the APAC region and would like to on board a Media expert who will be able to implement campaigns which will help the brand, advertising its business growth and attract new employees.

The Role

  • Recruit and manage a media team composed of 5 pax (analysts, content, media operations)
  • Manage external partners and agencies  (PR, programmatic)
  • Define media strategy, build media plan per country and type of role to help the business attract new talents across Asia
  • Come up with innovative ideas, test news solutions and adapt media strategy and plans
  • Launch highly tailored campaigns (programmatic, PPC, AdWords, social media, job boards,...) and drive ROI
  • Monitor talent sourcing activities, media channel performance and recruitment metrics to refine attraction strategy 
  • Manage internal stakeholders (Branding, Client Services, Talent Acquisition, Creative, Digital ...) , take part in recruitment strategy meetings
Your Profile 

  • 6+ years' professional experience in media planning/buying/strategy, with exposure to multiple Asian markets 
  • 3+ years experience in Strategy and Media planning 
  • Small team and budget management experience 
  • Understand emerging trends (media and social)
  • Well rounded media exposure with a strong knowledge in digital (programmatic, SEM, PPC, SEO, PR/ePR, social and professional media)
  • Strong client relationship or internal stakeholders management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese or/and Mandarin are a plus
