Working within this friendly boutique office you will be the go to person! 
 
You will be the face of the office, responsible for welcoming visitors into the office in a friendly, professional manner
 
Daily duties of this position will include: 
• Meeting and greeting of guests on arrival
• Booking in meeting rooms and delivering teas/coffee/catering refreshments efficiently
• Tidy and cleaning of meeting rooms and reception area
• Sorting and distribution of mail
• Ordering of office supplies
• Assisting the development teams with projects and submissions  
• Data entry and other ad hoc administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in a similar role, within a professional corporate environment


• You will have an excellent phone manner, strong communication skills, be confident and have a professional presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Phone Systems are a must!
• Strong organizational and time management skills are of high importance
• You must have the ability to multitask and prioritise
