Job Description

Our client, a newly created start up asset management company is currently looking for a top class Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of friendly, professionals where you can further develop your skills and experience with a top tier organisation. They are one of the best in the business and you will be eager to become a part of it. 

As an experienced Office Manager you will support a small senior team. This involves diary management for the CEO, Client support assisting with marketing material and events, as well as liaising with middle office providers such as legal, CoSec. Working within a fast paced, deadline driven industry you will be able to step into the role from day one.

You will already have at least 5 years behind you as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant with a proven track record within financial services or a top tier organisation. You must be advanced in Microsoft Office applications and be a born organiser. Exposure to MYOB would be an advantage. Multi tasking comes naturally to you and you pride yourself on your attention to detail.
