This successful Consulting firm is looking for an addition to their Administration team. Opportunities like this don't come up every day! They are a well established business and the experience is priceless. You will need to be able to hit the ground running from day one.
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the successful running of the busy office. Your main goal is that the office run smoothly and seamlessly. This involves managing the reception area, maintaining meeting rooms, monitoring stock of stationery and office supplies. You will also have responsibility for assistaing two Partners with diary management and travel bookings.
To be successful in this role you will need 3-5 years experience working in a similar role, preferably within Professional Services. Working in Office Management you will have an eye for detail and be used to dealing with a number of projects. As this role involves working across the team you must be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a busy environment. Ideally you will have excellent organisational skills and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.
