Performance Management Case Officer

  • 6 month contract with possible extension

Our Government client is seeking a suitably qualified Performance Management Case Officer to join their team to provide performance related advice and support to their employees.  This role is the equivalent of an APS 6.
Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the development of plans for the organisation including reporting and analysis
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of innovative and strategic initiatives
  • Exporting reports and data
  • Provision of Guidance and Resource materials and advice
  • Liaising with Senior Management, clients and stakeholders at all levels and providing advice when required
Your background:
  • NV 1 Security Clearance – Essential to be eligible to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with generalist HR skills
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring leaders in complex under-performance cases
  • Knowledge of performance management principles
  • Experience in case management systems and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders both internal and external
